Mushroom Meatball Soup Pork Meatball & Vegetable Soup Tempura Strips BBQ Sausages BBQ Beef Meatballs & Vegetable Kebabs BBQ Tempura Cakes

Mushroom Meatball Soup
4 to 6 servings

Ingredients:
1 pack of Wonder Meatball Pork and Mushroom Meatballs (365g)
2 cups of chicken broth
1 cup of water
Pinch of salt & pepper
Sesame oil for drizzling
1 green onion, finely chopped
Few fresh cilantro, chopped

Preparation:
Bring the chicken broth and water to boil in a medium saucepan. Add Wonder MeatballPork and Mushroom Meatballs. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Spoon into soup bowls and drizzle with a little sesame oil. Garnish with chopped cilantro and green onion. Serve immediately.

Pork Meatball & Vegetable Soup
4 to 6 servings

Ingredients:
1 pack of Wonder Meatball Pork and Mushroom Meatballs (365g)
10 baby bok choy
2 cups of chicken broth
1 cup of water
Pinch of salt & pepper
Sesame oil for drizzling
1 green onion, finely chopped

Preparation:
Bring the chicken broth and water to boil in a medium saucepan. Add the baby bok choy and Wonder MeatballPork and Mushroom Meatballs to the saucepan. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes, or until the bok choy are tender. Drizzle with a little sesame oil and garnish with chopped green onion. Serve immediately.

Tempura Fries
4 servings

Ingredients:
1 pack of Wonder Meatball Tempura Strips (300g)
Pinch of salt & freshly-ground black pepper

Preparation:
Preheat oven/toaster oven to 375ºF. Place Wonder MeatballTempura Strips onto a baking sheet and bake for 5 to 8 minutes, or until the tempura strips are slightly crispy. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve immediately.

BBQ Sausages
5 to 6 servings

Ingredients:
1 pack of Wonder Meatball Sausages (365g)

Preparation:
Place Wonder Meatball Sausages on a hot BBQ for about 15 to 20 minutes. Turn the sausages often to ensure they are cooked thoroughly and evenly on all sides. Make sure the sausages are firm inside and the internal temperature is at least 165ºF. Serve immediately.

Sausages can also be pan fried or baked:

Pan Fried Method: Cook sausages in a skillet over a low to medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, or until meat is firm inside, turning frequently to brown evenly (or add a little water and cook the sausages covered in the skillet).

Baked Method: Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Place sausages on a baking sheet and cover them with foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Turn the sausages and bake for another 10 minutes, or until they are firm inside and the internal temperature is at least 165ºF.

BBQ Beef Meatballs & Vegetable Kebabs
6 servings

Ingredients:
1 pack of Wonder Meatball Beef Meatballs (365g)
1 green pepper, deseeded and cut into 1 inch pieces
1 red pepper, deseeded and cut into 1 inch pieces
12 button mushrooms
1/4 cup of BBQ sauce

Preparation:
Thread Wonder MeatballBeef Meatballs, green and red pepper pieces and button mushrooms alternately onto skewers. Grill the kebabs on a hot BBQ for about 5 to 10 minutes. Turn the kebabs often to ensure they are cooked evenly. Brush with the BBQ sauce occasionally during cooking. Serve immediately.

BBQ Tempura Cakes
4 servings

Ingredients:
1 pack of Wonder Meatball Tempura Cakes (300g)
2 tablespoons of honey garlic BBQ sauce (optional)

Preparation:
Thread Wonder Meatball Tempura Cakes onto skewers. Grill the tempura cakes on a hot BBQ for about 5 to 10 minutes. Turn tempura cakes often to ensure they are cooked evenly on both sides. If desired, brush the tempura cakes with honey garlic BBQ sauce occasionally during cooking. Serve immediately.
